After receiving scores from Feb test date, is it unrealistic to get in school for 2011? Obviously, receiving money is unlikely. I'm wandering if I should just shoot for June test date and study for a higher score.

Unless you get 175+ and your GPA is stellar, most schools will reject you simply based on the fact that rolling admissions would leave very few spots open by that time. You're looking at Fall of 2012 unless you write in December.
