From 137 to 164 - Any highter?

2 years ago I did a cold LSAT and got 137.
I took the October LSAT and got 164.
I put in a lot of studying.
Stats:
RC: -5 (I usually got -9 -10 but somehow on test day i did a -5) (English 3rd language)
LR: -6 (I usually get -3 or so)
LR: -6 (I usually get -3 or so)
LG: -3 (should have been -0, dammmit)
Question:
As i understand from reading various interviews with ADCOM's, if a person got a 164 but then got a 166 for example, this is not a meaningful difference, it shows that the true level is somewhere in between there.
I have very stong credentials otherwise, GPA of 3.6 (3.89 graduation), superb LOR's....
I have no time to study for the Dec exam. I am way too busy with graduate schoolwork and a demanding 40+ job.
Do i have any chance in TOP 20?
I don't know if i can break the 170. I did before, i even got 178 on one of the first tests, but it was a "retake" after a year, so it certainly doesnt show anything of importance.
