I believe it covers a range of LSATs and not just October.

Edit: According to the PDF for June it covers 2007 - 2010.

Seems the percentiles for the last 3 years fell again. I think LSAC has decided to try and counter methods used by prep-companies if their latest tests are indicative at all of future test trends.
