there. could it be cause i applied for a fee waiver about an hour after i got it?

"Your LSAC file has been placed on hold pending final approval of your fee waiver. A hold will not prevent you from taking the LSAT; however, you will NOT receive your LSAT scores and law school reports will NOT be sent to law schools to which you have applied. Upon final approval of your fee waiver, the hold will be removed from your LSAC file."

omg i just read what being conditionally approved means. that's BS! Why would the put a hold on my current LSAT? I freaking paid for that! >.< why did i apply for a fee waiver!! i should have just paid that one hundred and blah dollars.

Sucks for you man. I guess you should have read that page before you committed to it. Now you get to wait.

meh...I guess I wasn't thinking. I kind of vaguely remember seeing something about putting a hold on my LSAT report before committing, but I figured it would be for the Dec 2010 LSAT.
