Re: PT average / test day expectation / actual score (oct2010)
Average-172ish ( Canceled in June and practiced with the same tests after exhausting all the material the first time around, which explains my inflated scores)
Expected-165
Actual-170
Ecstatic! Good luck with apps everyone!

Re: PT average / test day expectation / actual score (oct2010)
pt average: 176.5 (4 180s... never below 172)
expected: 160 (i am always a self doubter)
actual: 172
retake from 167 last yr. it was a weird small test center w only 4 takers. proctor took my watch (the lsat countdown one analog and non-digital) and my nicotine gum and literally stood over me watching me for like 10 min but i didnt have a watch so i dont know.
think he cost me maybe a 180, but im thinking a retake isnt worth the stress. i was never really HYSCCN bound, and a 172 can get me into a decent enough school to make my 100k as long as i do well.

Same same same! 163 was pretty depressing. Powering through for a re-take in December.kkklick wrote:There seems to be a lot of this???mjd wrote:PT Average: 170

RETAKE!!!
It looks like there was a section or 2 that was a lot harder than we thought for us scorers Pting in the 160's, but no so hard for those consistently in the 170's.
Without the disclosure book I have no idea, but 161 was my fucking worst case scenario. Any lower I'd be in a depression.

I suppose I'm pretty normal... but I was def. freaking out when, before I got my score, people on TLS who said their PT averages were in the 170s were getting low 160s scores. Thank god I was around my range. phew
