Emails form tier 3/tier 4 schools

I got a few emails from Tier 1 schools saying they were going to visit my undergrad, this week and last. About two days ago, I got an email from a tier 2/4 saying they would give me a fee wavier. Anyone else getting this? Do schools see you LSAT score before you do? Is that possible?
