When will PT 61 be released?

Relax, the 61 takers haven't even gotten their scores yet.

People who took the Oct LSAT will receive access to PDFs of it in their LSAC accounts when scores come out (likely Friday, 10/29).

People who didn't take the Oct LSAT should be able to get it (PT61) a few weeks before the December exam.

Didn't know about this. I feel like I already have enough PTs to be prepared for December, but then I also hear that 61 was somewhat different from the most recent ones. Does anyone else think this is true?

A few questions were weird but all in all it was not noticeably different than the rest of the recent PTs.

It was no weirder than 59 or 60 in my opinion. The test was fairly normal, with just some weird moments.

There's no sense in not buying the test if you can buy it. Might as well have as many recent tests as possible.

side question: is it against forum rules to suggest torrenting test prep material?

I am of the opinion that any LSAT you take in LSAT conditions is likely to feel weird. If you took a prep test and did nothing but re-think the questions on the prep test and have cloak and dagger debates about them on a forum for a week or so, you would probably end up thinking that prep test was pretty damn weird, too.

That said, I found it weird. But yeah, chill, nobody even knows what they got on 61 or what the curve was. You're not gonna get it before we do.

It'll be out in enough time for you to use it for December, rest assured.

It's against LSAC rules to distribute question material before they're released, but once we get the disclosure book, I think we're free to say whatever we want. Dunno about the book itself though.
