Anyone with a similar experience?

I took yesterday and feel as if I went -0 on LG and maybe -6 to -8 on LR overall. The first 2 passages on RC I felt strong about but the last 2 I feel as if I could have missed a ton. For some reason the time could have killed me on the last passage and I got very nervous and possibly choked on the whole damn thing. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I am looking for a 165, anyone care to add any advice/thoughts. I am rather nervous.
