Just took third LSAT, not sure if I should cancel or not.

So here's my situation. I took the LSAT in December of '09, got a 146 with no prep. I took it again in February with slightly more prep and got a 151. I applied to four schools all at their deadlines (financial reasons), got rejected from Univ of Colorado, got waitlisted for Univ of Kansas, Denver Sturm, and Willamette for the entire summer and got denied by all three the week before fall '10 classes. I wrote a great personal statement detailing a tumultuous childhood where my aunt took her life causing my parents to get divorced when I was 9 and basically not giving a shit about life until several years ago. I dealt with racism in a predominately white school, and battled depression my first several years of College. My G.P.A. first year was a 1.9 but I raised it every year to eventually a 3.6 my last year for a cumulative of 2.74. Undergrad at Univ of Colorado.
So here's where I stand. I took the LSAT today and don't feel like I did great on the first reading comp section (anywhere from 10-15 right) but otherwise I think the game section went very well (probably 18-22 right) and the two logical reasoning sections were ok (maybe 14-20). I feel like applying early will definitely bolster my chances after the positive feedback I got from schools for last year but would it be better to cancel my third score, or just hope for the best? It could be anything from a 148 to a 157 is my guess. How bad would it look to a school if my third LSAT was worse or canceled?
