you reminding me it was a week was scary. totally changed my whole personality today. thank you for that.xqhp82 wrote:ohhhh so that means there's hope for a -14 curve!! lol i really hope sojustadude55 wrote: This is talking about before, no question, so the -12.
but I really dun feel that our test is anything similar to the 40s tests. I got most of my highest scores in the 40s but the october test felt like PT60 but worse. I wonder whether the Feb 2005 takers felt any different when they had done their prep with pre-2005 tests?
anyway, we're gonna find out within a week. this is so scary!!

Come on. There was no Zephyr Airlines game like in PT 40. But that said, I took waaaay too long to solve the third game, which seemed easy enough. I thought it was just test day nerves; hopefully, I'm wrong.but I really dun feel that our test is anything similar to the 40s tests. Re: October LSAT overseas takers
hey, you guys think that our scores will be released approximately the same time as u.s. takers?
the official waiting thread for october 2010 takers is going crazy
i've been following the thread for more than 24 hours now and it seems like they're only a few hours away from getting the score
i decided not to participate to avoid all the neuroticism, but i don't think just reading is doing me much good either lol;-P

Re: October LSAT overseas takers
I was in Korea when I received my June score at 3:50 am, which at the time would have been 3:50 pm EST. If its about the same time now with the time difference, probably around 5 am --
can't wait -- will probably sleep a bit and wake up to a score in the middle of the night

In England as well - I'll be out at a halloween dinner+party tonight. As sad as it may sound though, I'd rather stay in and keep refreshing my email account!sheela wrote:ahhh!!! that means in england it should be about 9 tonight. my pulse is already racing in anticipation.
best of luck to everyone! (not that there's much we can do now) and happy halloween weekend too

I don't know whether this is a good idea...I'm weighing between 'enjoy my last night out before the horror begins' and 'find out my score asap to stop the anxiety'....finding out during a party just seems worse than not going out at all?sheela wrote: Me too. I have Halloween plans, but will be glued to my iPhone all night anyway.

Finally got the email! Hooray!
We won't be getting PDF's because our test was undisclosed.

Re: October LSAT overseas takers
congrats Eugenie!!! i hope you are as satisfied with your score as I am
ah, but we usually get our writing sample, a blank (complementary??) item response report, and IRR Additional Info
not that we need them now.
better finish off my applications

Came at 5.38am BST (00.38 EST) - 169. Eugh. Initial euphoria to have improved is dissipating, how can it feel this.... disappointing.... to score in the *97th fricking percentile* ? Most people, including the me of 5 years ago, would kill for a score that has me biting my teeth.

It's great, Proctor was really nice and helped everyone relax a little bit
Stayed in the Club Quarters beside St. Pauls, 5 minute walk from the test centre. Dead handy, plus nice big desks in the rooms

Re: October LSAT overseas takers
That's good to know....I always imagined that taking the LSAT in London would be a disaster (stuck in the underground, train delays, expensive and nasty hostels etc) Were there many people taking the test? and is the test in UK the same as the US or is it nondisclosed as well?fletchcon wrote:It's great, Proctor was really nice and helped everyone relax a little bit

Sigh...don't know if I can pull a +3 in a month's time...

Re: October LSAT overseas takers
The guy on the door said there were 192 of us in October. Different test to north America, and undisclosed so we never get to find out what scale, qs were, etc.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
