Just Relax: Dinner Tonight?

Everyone's posting test questions meanwhile everybody should be relaxing. It's the day before the test if you're not there by now you're not gonna get there by tomorrow morning. On that note, what will everyone be having for dinner tonight? I plan on getting chicken parmesan with ziti from my local pizzeria (loading up on carbs).

Eat something that is high in Omega-3's like tuna or Salmon. Get some complex carbs in there...try quinoa or wheat pasta...and get to bed early. More importantly...eat a good breakfast in the morning. You are most definitely right...RELAX.

I'm having a fillet of cod, it's my lucky meal.
And I agree, if you don't know it by now you're not going to know it tomorrow.

is carb overload going to help for non athletic events? I knew that eating pasta before a marathon run the next morning was something that's usual but for tests? I actually don't know so I want to make sure it's ok before I do it lol

Enough spaghetti carbonara to have leftovers for breakfast. Good combination of protein, carbs, some fat, and deliciousness. Also a glass of wine to help me sleep.

Spaghetti carbonara at 7am sounds absolutely horrible. Your preference, I suppose. When I took the LSAT I could barely stomach some grits and a banana.

I am choosing between 4 entrees -- Chicken Marsiella, Rost Duck, Spagetti and Meatballs, and Pork Chops; 3 wines -- Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Merlot; and 3 deserts -- Ice Cream, Apple Pie, and Tiramasu in such a way that will meet the following conditions.
I will choose 1 each from among the entrees, wine, and desert
If I choose Roast Duck, then I will not select the Merlot or the Ice cream.
Only if I select the Apple pie, will I also select the Chicken Marsiella....
.... OH NO IT HAUNTS ME STILL!!! lol

Both of which are better with bacon and veal.

Not sure, but I'm having my first home-cooked meal since I moved back on-campus.

Wings and beer. I'm serious.
Breakfast burrito and a latte from my favorite coffee shop in the morning.

you guys think a glass of wine or maybe a bottle of beer might do the trick in ensuring I fall asleep on time tonight?

I have honey garlic chicken wings coated with shake and bake roasting in the slow cooker! It's going to be glorious.

Just one or two, though. Getting drunk actually disturbs your sleep more than it helps.

I had bell peppers stuffed with feta, ricotta, spinach, and butternut squash, with sweet potato pie for dessert. OMG, it was fantastic. My roommates are amazing cooks.
