I took it in June. Test was scheduled to start at 1 (everyone was told to be there by 12:30), but we started section 1 around 1:30. The break ran long because bathrooms were limited and long lines formed. I left the test center at 6. My room wasn't first or last to leave. So expect to leave around 5.5 hours after the paper says to be there.

Admin to start: 60 minutes (signing in, passing out materials, instructions, etc.)
First 3 sections: 110 minutes (includes time between to announce stop and start)
Break: 20 minutes
Last 2 sections: 72 minutes
Writing section: 45 minutes (includes passing out materials and instructions)
Wrap up: 5 minutes (collecting everything)
Total: 312 minutes, 5.2 hours (5 hours, 12 minutes)

1:30/2 -- depends when you start the actual instructions for the test though.
