Should I retake in December?

I took the June 2010 LSAT and got a 165 (I have a 3.83 GPA). To be honest I'm not looking to work for Big Law or go to a T14 (I'm mostly applying to schools like UGA, Emory, Fordham, etc). I plan on working in government (prosecutor, public defender, etc). Does anyone think I should bother paying the registration fee and studying for December? Would having an LSAT I haven't taken yet slow down my applications from going through if I apply to schools before taking the December test?

165/3.83 = paying for law school at those schools u listed
170/3.83 = not paying for law school at those schools u listed and prolly a couple more
Very good point. At UGA I'd get in state tuition (Georgia resident), but I suppose I should retake anyway and see if I can get some better scholarship offers.
