You'll be hard-pressed to find definitive answers. As always, a great deal depends upon the particular instructor.
Which courses offer sample classes where you can see the instructor in action? Check those out so you can get a feel of his/her knowledge and teaching style.
Also, Gorilla Test Prep is a funny name.

I'm in a Powerscore class right now and I really like it. The instructor is experienced and really good at explaining things. Plus he's available 30 minutes before, 15 minutes after and there is free happy hour at the hotel we have class at.
