Quick quest - PT59, RC, Q9

Post by MissLucky » Tue Sep 21, 2010 6:56 pm

Hi!

I got this correct since the credited answer pretty perfectly matches up with the passage, but I'm finding it difficult to pinpoint exactly where (A) goes wrong.

Is it because it distorts line 41 which states "as a standard part of law school curricula" into (A)'s "a standard national curriculum in statutory law"? If so, how exactly are those 2 phrases different even? Is (A) basically saying that there should be an identical curriculum in statutory law across the board, whereas the passage is only saying that statutory law merely needs to be included in each law school's curriculum?

thanks!!
