Anyone know where these PTs can be bought? Neither amazon nor LSAC are selling these (well amazon does have PT40, not others).

Try Cambridge. You don't get a hard copy, but you can print them out, similar to a PDF.

There may be "other" ways of getting your hands on these tests.
