Can someone explain why the answer is D?
The stimulus basically states that some historians claim to be (for all intents and purposes) not biased. Then, it says that we can't accept this because there are demonstrable instances in which some historians have been biased. This does not work, and answer choice D is correct because the stimulus does not show that the same historians claiming to be unbiased are the historians proven to have been biased.
