I just took pt 53 and I did pretty well on it ( relative to my own pt scores that is)

so I'm just wondering how parallel I can expect this to be compared to say pt 59, 60

or however the test has changed

PT 53 has a comparative reading section and that's the only difference in formatting between older tests and newer tests. However, you can't predict other differences for upcoming tests. The best rule of thumb is to get your hands on the most recent tests and just hammer away.
