Before the actual test (didn't warm up for PTs), I found it helpful to do a few logic games and a couple LR questions. Nothing too difficult- you might want to do problems you've done before/are familiar with.
I took the June exam, so my test began a little after noon. I imagine a decent warm-up will be even more crucial for an 8:30 start.

Read a passage out of the economist, do one game, and about 5-7 LR problems. Gets your brain ready to go.

I do a section from ACE the Logic Games book, and read 2 RC passages from previous tests.
Warming up by doing a series of difficult games seems to help me focus on other sections as well.

Read an entire newspaper. It takes about 45 minutes. Obviously not every single story, but a lot of them. Focus on the editorials and opinions since theyre chock full of reasoning flaws.

Jog a few laps and do a couple of wind sprints at half speed, it'll really help your logic games speed and endurance
No seriously, I usually do one passage, maybe 4-5 LR questions, and one logic game. Also, I try not to watch any T.V or listen to music before I take a test. This just helps me to stay in the LSAT mindset I suppose. For some reason when I watch T.V I feel like the knowledge is being sucked out of my brain.
