Advice on drop off? 165 to 157....

Hey all,
I was wondering if any of you guys have some advice on drop off? I am following Pithpike's guide. My diagnostic was 161. Any my test this month have been 165, 162, 161, 157. I do not know if I am just over studied or what... I took a three day break from studying as maybe a restart for my brain. lol Any advice?
btw way, a little more info:
