How many questions do you guys usually skip and come back to?

Or are you guys the type that don't like skipping questions and coming back to it?

I usually skip parallel reasoning questions and save them for later and I would say I usually don't skip any other questions.

In my opinion, there are generally two types of parallel questions: one that you need to parallel the concept (e.g. parallel flaw where a characteristic of the whole is attributed to every individual of the whole) and pure structure parallels. In the pure structure parallels, located the conclusion. A lot of the times you can eliminate 3 or maybe even 4 of the answer choices by seeing that the conclusion in the answer choice does not match the stimulus.

I never skip questions unless they're BRAIN KILLING ATTACK questions that I for the life of me cannot understand, so I pick an answer and move on. I don't routinely skip questions.

I always come back and answer it.

I just skip it because I don't want my flow (lol) to be disrupted by a lame parallel reasoning question.

Yeah I don't skip either, I can almost always get a question down to 2 or 3 answers, and then I guesstimate and circle the question # on my form to go back to it at the end if possible.

If I get to the last five minutes and see a huge behemoth of text with multiple sentence answers, I'll skip it and do the shorter ones and come back to it later. Other than that, I wouldn't skip.

don't skip questions. if I hit 150 seconds I pick an answer and move on, hoping to have time to come back later.

if it's #24 and a PR, I might skip, finish up, and then hit it.

Ive skipped around on LR reasoning lately and it seems to have paid off. My last 3 PT's Ive been averaging roughly -5 per each section, which is a huge improvement from the -10 that I was at.

My strategy is to skip the later "except" question, later questions that have formal logic and later questions that just seem complex. Believe it or not, I dont skip parallel reasoning. Ive found that these questions are complicated no matter what "level" they are, so you may as well try them. Ive found that Ive really improved on them.

Skipping around doesnt work for everyone and it may be something that I refrain from doing in the future. However, I find that by skipping those questions that I know will give me problems and focusing on ones I have a shot at, I do better on LR. Find what works for you.

One thing that I found, was that I really did much better if I skipped and came back. For some reason, i'm stubborn and just want like 10 more seconds and I think I will figure it out. At this point in my studying, I pretty much do, and I don't really ever skip; I will figure it out pretty quick. But that's after a ton of prepping until I reached that level (-0 on my last 5 LR sections; -0 on 8/12 of the LR sections i've done since I started prepping again for my retake). But for most of my prepping, it was better to skip and come back. It really allowed me to approach the problem differently, and see it from a different perspective, etc. A lot of times just rereading it I got a different tone/emphasis in my head, and it just became incredibly clear. I'd recommend it, to be honest.
