Prep Test 29 Section 3 #19

Why couldn't the answer be B. Maybe I am not understanding what the question is asking me?

The question is asking which scenario results in exactly one acceptable solution. Combining choice B with the conditions gives: FHKL - J. Since G cannot be first (first condition), either F or S must be first. With S first, there are two acceptable solutions:
S F H K L G J
S F H K L J G

Placing F first under choice B yields more than two acceptable solutions. Thus, choice B allows for upwards of four acceptable solutions.
