Diagramming help needed!

PT4, Section 1 LR #24 has me a bit baffled. I answered B, but E is correct. If my mapping of E is correct, then I get why it is the right answer. It is then B that I am focused upon.
Questions:
1. Did I diagram the conclusion of B backward? If so then it would be mistaken negation like the stim.
2. Is E diagramed correctly?
Using Powerscore like diagramming, here's what I thought:
The Stim: mistaken negation
p: encourage freedom -> creativity flourished
c: creativity flourished -> encourage freedom
Answer B, which is the correct diagramming?
THIS?
p: increase efficiency -> crime down
c: increase efficiency -> crime down
OR THIS?
p: increase efficiency -> crime down
c: crime down -> increase efficiency
Answer E: Is this correctly diagrammed? If so, then I see that it is mistaken negation which differs from the mistaken reversals of the other answers.
p: ~western democracies democratic -> opinion meaningful
c: western democracies democratic-> ~opinion meaningful
Thanks for the help!
