The question about traffic fatalities/driver skill in Australia.
I am easily able to eliminate choices (a), (b) and (c). I see how (E) could be the correct answer as drivers being better educated doesn't weaken the argument that they are now more skillful. Why couldn't answer (D) also be correct though as it has no bearing upon the argument that I can see and so it also fails to weaken the argument?
