Brutal question.

Using Necessary -> Sufficient diagrams

Premises:
1)Leave of Absence -> Offered Fellowship
2)Quit -> Offered Fellowship
3)~Company finds out -> Allowed Leave of Absence (~Allowed Leave of Absence -> Company finds out)

Conclusion: Quit -> Company finds out.

If we assume D) Allowed Leave of Absence -> Leave of Absence + ~Quit (since she can only do one) then we have this chain starting with the contrapositive of our assumption (bold) and ending with the contrapositive of rule 3 (italicized).

Quit-> ~ Allowed Leave of Absence -> Company finds out.
Quit-> ~ Allowed Leave of Absence -> Company finds out.

And thus: Quit -> Company finds out.
