I visit this forum. I look at law school stats and rankings. And I read my books on Jurisprudence (light-weight works like Breyer's Active Liberty and Scalia's A Matter of Interpretation).

At this point of my prep, I've become addicted to doing the Games. The challenge for me is to disengage and to give LR and RC their due attention.

I found my old letters of rejection from when I applied to college and scholarships. I also dug up an old love letter from the girl who just broke up with me. I took everything else down and pinned these on the bulletin board above my desk.

here's what I go with:

1. clubbed to death by rob dougan (Matrix pump up instrumental that isn't too fast/intense)

2. piggy by NIN (the chorus is very fitting for LSAT prep)

3. grindin by clipse (again, chorus + simple but ill beat)

4. lux aeterna by clint mansell (theme from Requiem for a Dream--if I'm ever completely dead, I just blast this a couple times. The pace/power at the end are sick)

5. map of the problematique by muse (same deal if I am lagging)

6. shook ones pt 2. by Mobb Deep (favorite rap song OAT)

7. sober by tool (for some reason focusing on the drums in the background improves my focus)

8. sierra leone by mt eden dubstep (favorite dubstep song)

9. adagio for strings by tiesto (don't like techno, but this song definitely gets you going as it plays on)

10.i remember by deadmau5 and kaskade (nice comedown)

after all this shit I usually wrap up with James Taylor and John Coltrane to gear down for the night

Same as most of the posters above, look at HLS rankings, LSAT percentiles, wiki's of HLS ect...That gets me back into the mode of lsat pwnage.

I use this song for motivation too. But my all time favorite song for motivating to do things like running and LSAT prep is "Bulls On Parade" by Rage Against The Machine.
