October LSAT in DC metro area

Who's taking the LSAT in October in the DMV metro area?

Anyone interested in forming study groups? Supposedly, October is the hardest LSAT. I know I study better with partners.

Isn't this the first October test ever? Hasn't it always been in September?

It switches between Sept/Oct each year.
