I cannot figure this game out at all. I don't understand it, let alone diagramming it. It seems so different from everything I have done thus far. Can anyone give me a clue as to how one would solve this problem?

There's not much to diagram in this game. All you can really do is write "1=red", "2=blue," "1+2=red," etc. The key deduction in this game -- if you can call it a deduction -- is that any flask that is not present after the mixing must have been mixed. Also, it must have been mixed in such a way that it produced one of the flasks that remain.
The good news for you is that the LSAC has stopped putting process games on the LSAT, so you'll never have to worry about being graded on your flask mixing skills.
