So I did a search, but I admit I got bored after 5th page of results that weren't about what I am curious about, so sue me if this was asked before...



Anyway, since the tests are different for nondisclosed administrations as in the ones taken overseas, how do they form a reliable curve to tell the percentiles? Is the curve for overseas takers also different or how do you compare apples and oranges exactly?

Nobody really knows...

My guess is that they reuse the February U.S. LSATs (which are also nondisclosed), and therefore also use the curve that was "set" by the North American takers. So, the people writing it overseas will be judged by a curve that has already been determined.
Apparently when LSAC disclosed 3 of their previously undisclosed February exams in the SuperPrep book, people found out that those exams had also been reused more than once overseas.

But again, this is all conjecture.
