Top Law Schools

I have been told to write my desired school a LOCI since I am on their waitlist. Perhaps most importantly, I am trying to avoid the thin line between being incredibly interested and appearing desperate.

Exactly what should a LOCI say? I'm assuming it should be brief and to the point but I just wanted to make sure.
