I know everyone has their own speeds and methods, but I'm just wondering the time ratio of setup time to working time on each section. You might also like to include 3 different times for easy, medium, and hard problems.

1) read/annotate each RC passage:answer the questions
2) read/set up a LG:answer the questions

Again, I know each person and each question is different, but on average, how should one be dividing their time.

It totally depends on the question. Some RC passages are created to be easier to comprehend, but the questions are more challenging. Others are more difficult to comprehend, but once you get pass the passage, the questions are easier. The second of these two types would require more time to comprehend the passage, but the time would be made up during the question.

Likewise, some games have many rules requiring a longer set up time. In fact, in some games, you can master the possibilities (diagram all the different ways a game can play out). This type of game would take more time to diagram, but then you can breeze through the questions. For other logic games (such as the mulch game from the June 2010 LSAT) it makes more sense to take quick note of the rules, then jump right into the questions (as it is the questions themselves that allow you to further limit the possibilities/understand the game).

There is no "on average". It all depends on the type of passage/game.

LMFAO. This is why I built the "I know there isn't an average" clause, twice. Do most people take 3 minutes to do a good reading of a passage, and then the rest of their time on the questions? etc I'm more curious about RC passages.
