A year is a long time to study for this.
If you can study hardcore over winter break from college, you might want to take it in Feb 2011. This allows you time for a retake in June if necessary, and you'd still be able to apply at the very beginning of the cycle in the fall (assuming you want to go to law school directly from undergrad.

What admissions cycle are you aiming for? If you don't plan to graduate until dec12 or may13 then you can wait to take the LSAT in June 2012. If your plan is to graduate in time to attend law school in fall 2012, then yes the June 2011 LSAT is best.
