This may sound like a bad question to be asking days before the test, but what is the difference between a general principle and a conclusion?

This only throws me off when both are similar answer choices. I'm talking in particular about PT 53, section 3, number 24. I can see why example is a better word choice than analogy, but why principle over conclusion? I went with C because I didn't recall seeing general principle as a correct answer choice--ever.
