Very random question: is it attached as part of the test booklet, or is a separate page, so you don't need to keep turning the pages back and forth?

Separate page, and it is a good question, being on a separate page saves a little precious time and cuts down on bubbling errors.

Thank goodness, it would be a nightmare to have to flip pages back and forth. I could see people leaving an entire section blank because they run out of time.

You can have something similar happen to you if you're taking the test in one of those massive lecture halls with the tiny fold-over half desks. There's not enough room for the test and the answer sheet, so you end up having to keep pulling out the answer sheet, bubbling in your answer, then putting it back under the test booklet as you move onto the next question. It's not common, but it happens, and it sucks.
