So most people taking the LSAT (whether it be for the first or fourth time) have a set of scores that will determine their next course of action.
I've noticed that most of the people here on TLS are typically more of the motivated, and therefore more of the intellectual, of the general LSAT population; however, I do not fit that mold and do not have same raw intellect and potential as most users here, so my numbers will be *ehem* significantly lower than most.
I only post this out of morbid curiosity - if you feel like sharing similar info, I'd love to hear it!
Anything lower than a ___ and I will retake in October - 153
Anything lower than a ___ and I will contemplate suicide - 145
Anything higher than a ___ and I can get into my preferred school - 160
Anything higher than a ___ and I will pee my pants - 168
My average PT score during studying time was - 165
After taking the June 2010 LSAT, I realistically believe my score to be - 157
Feel free to copy and paste the above to keep similar format

Anything higher than a ___ and I can get into my preferred school - for fall 2010 prob as low as 153, really about $ though, fall 2011 prob.165 to get in 167 to get some $
Anything higher than a 169 and I will pee my pants - but would have to wait until I have to go and then be near the shower

If your PT avg. was 165 and you score a 155, you absolutely should retake.
I appreciate your concern and recommendation. However, I did not ask for it
Not that I feel a need to answer to you, but I will give the details nonetheless.
A 153 gets me a full-ride scholarship to Mississippi College in Jackson, MS (yes, a Tier 4). My long-term goal has always been the JAG program in the USAF to bridge to ADA/DA and eventually public office. That being said, a law degree (regardless of the name of the school on the piece of paper awarding it) is the sole priority. I am on a full academic scholarship as is to my undergraduate university, and would love to graduate law school (ideally with a JD and MBA) with owing little to no money in student loans. Anything higher than a 153 just changes the level of the school I can get scholarships to.

Logic Games completely destroyed me on the June LSAT. Also by the fifth section (my 3rd LR) I was mentally exhausted. My testing center had a lot of delays from proctors not being prepared to handle the large volume of applicants -- two large lecture halls completely full with examinees.

I was trying to be helpful and encourage you not to sell yourself short. But if you want to be a dick to people who are trying to be encouraging and give advice, then I'll just hold my tongue.
And good luck with the JAG program. I hear it is really easy to get into right now, especially from T4s.

I had to blind guess on 4 questions on the interns, but there were no blind guesses on RC/LR (I'd estimate 4 "I've narrowed it down to these two answers but cannot conclusively eliminate one of them so I'll just go with what seems right"), and I think I nailed the other 3 games perfectly. So, even with a -8 or -9 curve I still feel pretty comfortable that I will get around a 168. 170 is my dream for Stanford.

Ha, I wasn't trying to be a dick. My sincere apologies.
I just feel that there are countless boards already posted asking advice about "should I cancel?" or "should I retake?" etc etc, that if people felt like giving encouraging statements, those would be the ones to do it toward.
I already feel insecure about my LSAT goals and projected scores, so I am just a bit defensive when it comes to them. Again, I'm terribly sorry.
