A fee paid only upon successful completion of the contingency (that is, a certain condition was met that was previously agreed upon).

I feel like knowing what a contingency fee is might have actually hurt me.

I barely remember the contingency fee passage. I only know it was the hardest one for me but that I finished it relatively confidently and on time.

That could be a completely false sense of security though.

I can't believe we have to wait so long, this is unbearable.

Yeah, seriously. It's a scantron test (the only part that matters that is), I see no reason why it shouldn't be graded inside of a week.

I've heard that the GMAT and GRE, since it's all on computers nowadays, you get your score before you even leave. That would be pretty nice.

This is probably just LSAC's way of torturing preparing us for the stress of law school and practicing.

I kind of agree! And I ALSO still don't understand it, even though I'm pretty sure I got questions about it right. I mean, what the HELL.

Drink so I do not fall asleep to thoughts of attending a chicano play about the working conditions of dancing bees while determining where to send my interns, and wondering why one does not like Spain...

Probably because of political unrest...couldn't be clouds, it's clear about 3/4 days a week there.

Probably because of Jet lag. The flight was killer.

Does anyone remember whether the questions in the last RC were pretty straightforward? I had to read it REALLY fast, but got through all the questions. They all seemed straightforward, but I have to admit, once I found what seemed like the "right" answer I had to move on to the rest without reading the other answer choices just to get through it on time. Did folks feel like there were tricks or traps? If not, I'm probably okay.

I did the same thing and am very curious to know as well.

They weren't too hard. But there was one analogy question that gave people trouble. That's all I remember.
