Strengthen? Since the right answer SHOULD strengthen the premises.

OR

Main Point? Since the right answer should be dervived from the main point of the premises.

That's not main point. It's an inference question. In other words, based on the facts above, what can we infer? These typically follow a list of facts as opposed to an argument.

Inference -- you are using the material presented to conclude something not stated.

must be true, or close to must be true. The stimulus proves the answer choice for that question stem, not the other way around.
