The answer sheet says E but I find that answer misleading along with the question misleading. To me E strengthens the Health Association's argument. This leaves me a little baffled.
The only thinking that makes since to me is that the critic argues the participants were favorably disposed to the substitution, and since answer E says that the people were told by their physicians to make the change, this leads to the reasoning that they were only able to make the change because their doctor told them to, not because they wanted... any comments?
