What time to get to test center?? JUNE LSAT

So my ticket says for me to be at my test center (USC) "no later than 12:30". Does that mean I'm on time if I get there at 12:30, or should I get there at 12:15? 12:00? I don't really plan on doing any warm-ups at USC immediately before the test, just in the morning at home, so I guess I don't need much breathing room before they herd the cattle/take us to our seats.
Thanks.

12:30 is late. 12:15 is on time. 12:00 is also on time. 11:45 is early, maybe.

I can't help but to be early to everything that I do.
So I'll probably be there really early. Like 11:30 or something.

thanks for posting this, I was wondering the same. I literally live 10 ft from the building where I'm testing but I was thinking about getting there at about 12:10 or so. def. before 12:30.

12:30pm at USC means 12:20pm to me, dont want to be there too early.
However considering the traffic on the 110 & Fig shoot for 11:45am lol.
