I had beef jerky.
Salty and full of protein, full of sustinance. Not sugary, so no sugar crash.
Or maybe a peanut butter and jelly sandwich would have been better.
Simple sugars, protein, starch - good combination.

They made us spit out our gum. Apparently this was in the instructions the proctors read aloud, so no one could chew gum. I had it to help with nerves, but really don't think it affected me. I was in the zone once the test was FINALLY handed out.goawaybee wrote:yeah I mean unless you HATE bananas and can't find a clif bar flavor you like...from carrot cake, white macadamia, banana nut, cranberry apple, whatever..they have plenty. That is a really solid move. I threw back a few Huperzine A pills, some 5-HTP, taurine and a few other things before and during test. trying to keep the thing dialed in. some DGL to chew on to keep the stomach from being upset. Physically good to go.
