cigarettes in test center?

i don't think so.
the only items you're allowed to have with you are those in your ziplock bag -- check to see if cigarettes are permitted. if so, you can; if not, then i guess you can't :/

LSAC told me via email that you can wear a nicotine patch (even though that's not mentioned in their
Day of the Test article).
If you want/need to smoke during the break, I'd recommend bringing the cigarettes. There's probably a decent chance that the proctor would let you go outside to smoke. Just make sure to ask before you leave the room.
You'll probably be able to chew gum, nicotine or otherwise, unless another test-taker complains.

Or wear pants that have pockets instead of spandex tights.
