How good an indicator are PTs19-28?

Hi Everyone,

I had been struggling recently with LR so took some time off, did some review and then cracked open the 10 More Actual, Official LSAT PrepTests book and attacked Section II from PT 19. I got perfect. I had normally been getting between -4 and -7 on LR and so I was obviously surprised by the result.

I'm a little skeptical of PTs prior to the 30s but am wondering if I have any basis in that? I have heard some sections have gotten easier, and others harder. Has anyone done the book or many other of the earlier PTs? What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

Might have just been a fluke. Try doing more than just one LR section from that book.

the older the lsat pt, the weaker its predictive ability of how you would do now, dont disregard it but don't get too excited.

RC has increased in difficulty at a steeper rate than LR/LG. So, the older practice tests are not a great indicator of test day success on RC.
