Question Regarding Logic Games Stimulus

so i was doing pt 42 sec. 1, and for the last logic games the question is "Which one of the following could be an accurate and complete list of the students who review only Sunset"
...my question is, does this mean if an answer choice lists two possible choices separated by commas, that they are supposed to exist in conjunction in the same possible scenario or is it each in isolation?
what i mean is, if an answer choice is apples, bananas ... would it mean that someone would could review solely apples in one scenario and another or even the same could review solely apples in another...or would it have to be one person reviews just apples and one person reviews just bananas at the same time?
sorry if that's confusing its for pt 42 sec. 1 question #19...for whatever reason i'm not getting what the answer in the back is
