I am pretty familiar with most of the tests throughout the modern era and I think 59 continues a streak of difficult LR in the late 50's (especially the first LR), has very doable/familiar LG, and average but time-consuming RC.

59 is the last PT I'm slated to do before the June test. I'll let you know when I get there. But speaking generally, I can see a noticeable difference between the mid 50's PTs and the 20-40's. This is all subjective, but I think that LR has gotten more difficult, LG has become more conventional/predictable/easier, and RC hasn't changed much. The scoring conversion table has been modified a fair amount too.
