Barron's Book.

I took the LSAT in October 2008 and used the Barron's LSAT Prep book from the bookstore. In my opinion it is the best overall book out there, or at least at the Barnes & Nobles (so it seems). However, I am now thinking of taking the LSAT again (I got a 170 the first time, but my GPA is horrid, so I really need to max this out, and I kind of crammed last time, so there is a chance I could get higher).
My question is- should I use the Barron's book again? A new edition has been published (13th) but how many of the questions have actually changed? If the questions are the same, then I may be subconsciously remembering the answers from two years ago, without even realizing it, and that might be inflating my scores. I don't have the old copy right now. Does anyone know the answer to the question?
