Buying the copyright/licensing. If you buy a CD do you now own the right to comercially produce copies for a profit? No.

If you buy a CD you own the right to re-sell the product for a profit.

True. Bad example I suppose.

But read the fine print/copyright discussion in the book. It will say something about how you're not allowed to re-sell the books, profit from their use etc.

Reselling =/= commercial production.

Not books in general. But these test materials, yes. Whether or not my explanation is a good one, it is illegal.

Meh, you could always sell them on amazon if TLS is going to give you too much shit about it ... they don't seem to think reselling them is illegal
