Why is the answer to this question D? I am not really sure how D parallels the reasoning in the stimulus. Can someone please explain? Thanks.

Here's how I tackled it:
Looking at the premise, it's your basic conditional statement. Then look at the conclusion, it gives a new term (public unwillingness) that does not lead to a term previously defined (censorship).
So when you're looking at the answers, you're looking for a term that's defined in the first part, then looking for the negative of that term in the second part.
Answer D resembles that exactly.
Part I: Heroic Deed is defined by A
Part II: New term does not lead to Heroic Deed

Thank you. That makes sense.
