Do you take any special supplements to help with studying/focusing/concentration/memory retention? Especially after a long day?

What about helpful foods?

I've heard that bananas/blueberries/nuts/brocolli/spinach can help. Also, Omega 3's.

Please list anything you take to assist you. This may help others.

:D

I'm trying to get rid of almost all the sugar and refined carbs, which is really hard to do but goes a long way. Also, not really a supplement, but some cardio every single day.

Here's a good list, except alcohol and nicotine are in the wrong category :

For extra practice, write an LG where at least 5 of these foods are eaten in a particular order.

Wow, that's a great link. Thank you.

Also, No on the LG. Just no...

Nicotine is not a brain drain unless you are experiencing withdrawal.

It more likely would benefit you if you could somehow be smoking constantly without losing time to ash and light more cigarettes.

I take a glutamine/taurine/creatine supp for gym purposes (muscle gain and recovery), but I find that it really wakes me up and gets my head in the game, too. It's probably the taurine responsible for that specific effect, given that it's also in some energy drinks.

I take these too. But for studying, try to keep the jitters down.

I find that exercising a lot helps a lot with studying.

Agreed. Which is why I posted my thread on cutting down my bodybuilding while studying for LSAT. Everything has a peak proformance level I suppose.
