Justify Questions - Not reading remaining answer choices.

Hey guys,
I noticed that there are quite a number of "justify," or (Sufficient) Assumption, questions that are formal-logic based. I've been circling the first answer choice that corresponds with my prephrase (after diagramming the sentences into formal logic). I know that it's pretty much a no-no to skip reading all the answer choices, but do any of you ever feel so confident that the answer choice is correct that there is absolutely no need to read the rest of them? Or will this end up biting me in the ass?
