Why is the answer E and not B? Any help would be appreciated!

(B) is not the correct answer because it is a mistaken negation. The stimulus argues that if the bees go extinct, the plants could also go extinct. This does NOT mean that if the bees do not go extinct, the plants do not go extinct. A -> B is not ~A -> ~B.

(E) is the correct answer because the stimulus does mention that some bees can only feed off of one type of plant. So if that type of plant is destroyed, then the bees could go extinct.
